The engine seizes up then, but stunters make modifications to engines. Some engines take it easier, other not. My firiend's got a Suzuki SV 650 (V-engine) and he told me that the engine in his bike is very "sensitive" to wheeling? cos when you straight up the bike then the engine isn't oiled well (at least on of the cylinders).
