I used to practise fast starts a lot on my bike,and even if you lean forward a fast bike will still lift the front. the drag bikes have wheelie bars to stop it !
As soon as a road bike lifts the front end you cant open the throttle any more, and the Skyline will be gone ! Moto gp bikes lift off the line+them guys are the best in the world.

I used to practise getting off the line as fast as possible on my bike and it did involve leaning forward over the front wheel to? try and keep the front end on the ground, but with a really powerful bike the front will still lift if you give it too much throttle. just look at the moto gp guys lifting off the line !
