This means, grayhead, that some people who were in the Army, or Harvard, formed a PAC calling itself the Army, or Harvard.
They may simply have been? a HANDFUL of former generals, or owners of corporations. A handful, grayhead.
This obviously does not mean that the MAJORITY of the Army were for Ron Paul. Only that some people called themselves that in PAC.
