Then when something interesting happens you want to record, you normally don't start recording until you click the record button. But with the EX-F1 it was keeping a circular tape rolling so? to say. You can go back in time...

What I do is I record in 60i and then convert to 60p through a de-interlacer that can recover a frame for each field, interpolating by looking at pixels from the other field. It's complicated, but I can end up with? near perfect liquid silky smooth 60p video, I'm very happy with it.

It is hard to find non-slowmotion sample videos of this camera on the internet, but what I found clearly showed shaky video to the point where it is simply unwatchable.
I was ready to spend the 1K CDN $'s on it, but I'm glad I caught this fatal problem in time.
I went with the Canon HF100 and it's *great* for video, one of the best consumer video available, if not the best.

The image stabilisers seem to be fairly satisfactory, not as good as others I have on various video cameras, but its not a major issue for me, I just love the casios, for their ability to take full res. pics at such hight FPS rates, and to capture sports, and moving shots so excellently. 60? fps puts my Nikons to shame.

I don't know how he spins the cube that fast, but if you look at the lighting, as the spinig slows down the light starts to blink, proving its slow motion. regular? lightbulbs + slow motion = visible lightbulb blinking :)
