Excellent. Good workout? and some moves that can be used when you go out dancing :-) Careful, though of the "back snapping" move. Keep your belly button tucked in and tight and that will protect your back some.

I finally started seeing results. Doing this every other day? and walking at the gym for 45 min. Someone came up to me and said, "wow you have fantastic back muscles." Random, but still... they were never this toned.

I started doing the core rhythm in mid December 2010, it's now February 11, 2011 and I feel better and notice my clothes fit better and I look better. I did the? whole full workout today and the half of Jumpin Jive. I put the disc on and an hour flies by.

My roommate had this DVD while we were in college. I didnt really see any noticeable difference, but we had so much fun. Especially fun when you and all your friends are totally out of shape. We would just laugh and and make fools out of ourselves.? Really fun!
