I am trying to build up muscles but with condition trainings so I can be beast which can runn, climb, jump, hit, crush... Thx for all the best for inspiration!

18 isn't the age you stop growing btw, a friend of mine went from 6'3 to 6'5 from 21-23. Pretty weird really, don't forget at 15 your hormones are through the roof, your practically on a mild cycle so an hour a day is fine, obviously a rest every 4-6 days is necessary though.
