@HotPenguin11 :) he is a preacher and a healing minister. the bible mentioned that, if a minister, or even believer, lay his/her hands on someone, then they? can be healed / befilled with holy spirit, which is manifested like in the video.

the Holy Spirit choosing to be in a man's heart is simply because it pleases God to have an intimate relationship with us,? and He wishes to set us apart by killing our sin, which would glorify Him. however, God has always been about growth and progress with His people, so this doesn't seem to be the work of God to me. However, considering i'm assuming, i grow silent until i know more.
