I don't hear the samba swing, the delay of the after beat 'a' (from the count 1e&a, 2e&a...) before the down beat in this music, you? do understand that this type of swing is what makes? samba, samba? And this sounds nothing like Nelson Cavaquinho - Vou Partir. Sounds more Persian or middle eastern to me. Fun video to watch nonetheless but this isn't the samba (swing wise or instruments) used in Brazil.
