I had a high side crash exactly like that on my 07 r6 but I was going 74mph and didn't have race leathers, slid about 130 feet and totaled my bike. Survived and got a new r6 it's all part of the sport, real riders will at least lay a bike down once... If you don't, your not riding hard.

Your arse comes over the seat enough but the upper body doesn't follow. Your head should have been low with the chin probably about in line with where the mirror? is whereas if you look at the vid, it's not far off the centre of the bike. The result is that you're hanging off effect is reduced as a lot of your weight is still inboard.
Honestly, I think your lean angle was too great and you opened the gas too early.
