i never use forse on Milo, i only use his desire for a treat.
Milo will follow the treat in, lets say a "sausage" position.
just hold the treat abouve your dog and it will follow it... don't release the treat unless he? gets to sit on his butt :)
the "BENG!!" is a half "Roll over" if he can do that , you only have to stop him half way and make sure he is calm and not hyper, or else it would not work

how to teach it:
place you dog in a "sit" position? in front of you.
take a treat, hold it in front of it's nose and let him/her follow it upward until he "begs"
