I repaired it myself but the fix only lasts for a few days. I ended up buying a new one and bought a "square trade warranty" for $35 for 3 years. That's on top of? the one year that comes with the machine. Looks like I'm good for another 4. If you get another xbox look into Square trade warranty. Well worth it.
