1. Stop using presets! Over half of the time you spend on a track should be building synths.
2. Mixdown the tune when you're finished. Use a cheatsheet to get it done quick but spend at least a day on mixdown.
3. Sync your wobbles! Make sure the waveform starts? in the right position.
4. Sample from FLAC or wav not 320s.
5. Always listen back through to check if your bass is clipping. There should be no redlines by the time you render.
