Engine knocking, valveseat ? Pistonrod bearing?
The car has been standing for about three months and she was kinda hard to start.
Noticed that the sound had increased after the three months of standstill.

It took me years before I got around to figuring out how to make a steam engine!!

You should try? "handmilling".
Take some glass/ceramic/metal balls, put them in a jar with the mixture and shake it for about 30 minutes.
Shake it very, very hard and it will look a lot better than this slow shit.

All the thrust is pressed thru a 1 milimeter big hole.
It's about 3-6g blackpowder in it.
And the bang generates some sick thrust.
The rocket is fuel up with my homemade blackpowder (NaNO3 + C + S).
